Is it possible to convert attic to bedroom?

The attic isnt really a "room" but it is a little bigger then a crawl attic. Could it be converted to a bedroom? Put in floors between the joists, cover the exposed ceiling, add a window or two?

I would consult with an architect to find out exactly.  typically roof systems are designed for the roof weight only.  adding extra weight to a roof system could be costly if not done properly.

Of course.  I would put in some insulation, some plywood for the floors, run wiring for a lamp and a couple outlets first.

It's fairly easy to put a skylight in, but a whole lot more work to put in a normal window (a "dormer", most likely).

Sure. People do this all the time. You should probably insulate between the roof joists and along the exterior walls, and maybe drywall over that. Otherwise it can get very hot in summer and very cold in winter.
