Is it possible to cook all the nutriants out of food?

I love to make soups and tend to cook them for several hours. Should I reduce cooking time?

  1. Certainly not- as long as you consume the liquid that they were cooked in then you won't miss any of the nutrients.


  2. no. you will loose some, but it is impossible to cook out all nutrients in a soup with out a lab. and the longer it cooks the better it tastes.

    the humans go back millions of years

    we are still here even through the famines ..

    the tests for vitamins to cause problems are done on animal and the multiplied for weight and volume for humans

    BUT there are NO facts as to what is stored in the Human body or the real requirements daily consumption.

    you receive most every vitamin in a big Mac

    what about your Total

    and god forbid if you down a salad it tastes good (Excelent) but it goes out the end anyway..
