Anything's possible, but it would probably be too difficult/expensive/impossible to obtain the necessary materials for it to be feasible.

I think I answered this question just a moment ago the same way.....

WHY???  Why do it? You can buy an LCD panel PRE-MADE, and the Interface board PRE-MADE....and the Video Processor PRE-MADE, and the Input Selector PRE-MADE...and the Power Supply  PRE-MADE....and all the doo-hickeys and thingamajigs that give you a picture PRE-MADE !!

Or Pre-manufactured if that's the jargon you prefer.....

Could you do it with common Household items like Mc Gyver did?

Sure....just get his Master Card and an MSEE and a couple PHd's too....

yes if ur a genius. do u know how to make liquid crystals? u would need a lot of complex materials and one h**l of a brain.
