Question:

Is it possible to create a new 360 page without changing the Answers account connected to it?

My 360 thinks it's groundhog day, I get my new messages and e-mails most days for about 1 hour before they all disappear and revert back to the page as it was on Christmas day.

It seems many others here have had similar issues. I would like to create a new 360 page so I can continue to stay in touch with my contacts. Is there a way to do this without changing the answers account I presently have?

  1. No. You have to create a new account. But, then, you can put a link to your new 360 page at your YA profile, and continue to use this account for YA :)

    Good luck, this time!! :)

  2. no because if you create a new account, than you will always get a new yahoo answers account along with yahoo music....and all that c**p

  3. Not possible.. but Moon is a genius!

  4. If you create a new 360 page, then that means you are creating a new Yahoo ID. The Yahoo! Answers (and any other service) starts from the beginning on the new account. You can't transfer from one account to another. Your old Y/A account will not be affected unless you completely delete your old Yahoo ID (even then your resolved Q&A will remain until Y/A feels like removing it...if ever).

Moon's suggestion is a good one. I have a contact who did just that.

However, in this case, you should just try checking your 360 a few hours earlier than usual to have ample time to respond to comments and messages. See, you can try to create a new 360, but there's no guarantee that you won't encounter the same problems there. So, it might be a waste of time in the end.
