no its not possible, because planets are made of many materials that cant be cloned ( how long do u think to gathering all of the materials of a planet? )

Planets are thousands of miles in diameter, there's no way scientists can even clone A planet, do u read astronomical n biology books in wrong assumptions or didn't u study all these things at school ?
