depends whether its ur hobby or career. Hobby can be followed at any age... but for career u need to understand lot of things which includes professionalism, commerce, service etc... there u need to undergo professional course which u can do after some age!

Yes it is possible provided you have a pssion for it and you can be a sucessful professional in that career. may take a longer period to attain it.
