Is it possible to do this with paypal?

I would like two things, and I'm not sure if they are possible.

One, I would like customers to fill out an e-mail form while they pay, and have the form and payment connected;l

Two, I want the paypal button to automatically disable after "x" purchases every day.

Are either of these possible with paypal or any similar program?

Revolution Money Exchange is very similar to Paypal, but they don’t charge fees. They are giving out $25 to new account holders when you sign up. So as soon as you open your account, you have $25 to spend. I guess they are trying to compete with Paypal. You can sign up here.
