Is it possible to do your residency in another countries ?

I was wondering if it was possible to do ones residency in different countries

Absolutely.

My only question to you would be, why ?  Foreign residency may severely limit your job potential in the future.

If your goal is to help in an area of the world that is short of medical help, I would suggest that both you and your patients would be better served if you elect to do this after your education and training are complete.
