Is it possible to double-major at West Point?

If not, how about minoring? My primary major will be some type of engineering.

You can double-major.  If you are that interested in the academics, why not go to a better engineering school?  Do ROTC, or go to college and then get your commission.  If you are more interested in West Point than the academics, why not take fewer classes for only one major and take advantage of the opportunity to do some of the other great things they have to offer?  Anyway, good luck, long as you're happy.
