you can download real player. The newest version. and whenever you play a video. lay your mouse pointer over the video and a little box will appear at the top asking if you want to download the video. it takes a few seconds maybe a minute and then it'ss there on your desktop under the real player. i've already gotten the beach volley ball  vids downloaded.

Yes, exactly what she said. The realplayer thing works out great! I did it for a few myself. The only other route is to go with torrents.
