Unless you have a DVD Player that can read mpeg media files, the answer will be no.

In order to get those video files into a DVD format, they have to go through an encoding process so the DVD player can read them. In order to do that you'll need DVD maker software. IDVD (for Mac) or Windows DVD Maker (Microsoft Vista) are two common examples.

Also, depending on the DVD maker, you may need to convert the media files.
