Is it possible to download videos from Youtube to go on my ipod?

I have the 3G one.. will it work? I heard somewhere you could do that.. but im not sure?

Oh, and if i download them from limewire, they dont have the audio.. is there a certain type i have to have?

It's a great site, and it's rally easy to use. You just have to enter the URL of the youtube video you want, and tell it which format you want it to download in. And it's free too!

Been using it for a year now. Highly reccommended, and works really well. There is actually an "iPod" option on there. Once you've downloaded it in iPod format, you just import it into your library.

go to zamzar.com copy and paste the full url of the youtube video then select ipod format and give them your email address and they'll send you the converted file in a half hour or so

If your phone is jailbroken theres an app called MXtube that you can download using cydia, it will basically download the videos direct from youtube to your ipod/iphone

to put videos on your ipod, they have to be in mp4 format. Download the video from limewire or youtube, using video downloader, then use a converting software like psp video 9 or super, then sync it on to your ipod, and you're done!

but the videos downloaded from YouTuBe is flv format,ipod accepts only mp4 videos,so u need a third party software to convert the videos to MP4 videos,i used to iSkysoft ipod movie converter, u can have a try or google for more convertion tools.
