Is it possible to drill from another country into Iran's oil fields?

Ballpark idea'ing here,,, yes (I don't know where in Iran those oil fields are; depthwise or distance from borderwise).  

It's what the Kuwaiti's did to the Iraqi's to get the Iraqi's po'd enough to invade Kuwait.  The technique is called horizontal drilling.  Then of course the Kuwaiti's cried to the U.S. and Gulf War 1 ensued.

Very doubtful with today's engineering. There is an awful lot of desert and rock between there and here...even if you're a neighboring country...this isn't "There Will Be Blood", although obviously there has been nevertheless.

If the size of the oil deposits are large enough, they could span into another country.  Like an underground lake.
