no you won't die, liquor is always fine in the freezer, don't put any beer or any other carbonated alcohol in the freezer though or it will explode

Anything that is 80 proof or higher can stay in the freezer without freezing.  It is completely safe to drink anything from there, well as safe as it is to drink if it had not been in the freezer.

you'll die if you drink enough of it. but theres nothing wrong with leaving booze in the feezer. thats where i keep mine

Ice cold booze is great.  Anything over thirty-five percent alcohol by volume will not freeze at standard non-industrial freezer temperatures.  Matter of fact...I think I'm going to go check in my freezer for a little sumthin'!

That's where I store my vodka, tequila and bourbon. Tastes a lot better that way!
