Is it possible to eat mcdonalds everyday and still be able to lose weight?

I was wondering if it is at all possible to eat mcdonalds everyday and still be able to loose weight doing so. Even though its not healthy ive had friends who claim they went on a so called mcdonalds diet. Wondering if anyone has tried this or are my friends just full of c**p>

  1. Mcdonald's food isn't healthy, even their healthy food isn't that good for you. If you check a 50 pound bag of cattle manure, I'm sure you'll find your friend's pictures on it...LOL


  2. No. Just their breakfasts have like 1500 calories, maybe even more! That's about half what you're supposed to have! Everything there is fattening, and your friends are full of c**p

  3. have you seen the movie super size me???   he gainned 15 pounds in 2 weeks I would think it would be a good way to gain weight but not loose

  4. Perhaps if they ate salads with grilled chicken and light dressing, or a chicken nugget kid's meal with apple dippers and skim milk.  Something like that could be actually healthy, but not quarter pounders, fries, etc.

  5. It's a load of garbage. Literally. McD's food is so not healthy for you. Everything is full of sugar and fat. Try Subway instead and skip on the condiments, cookies and chips. You'll lose weight fast with veggie sandwiches as opposed to fries and greasy burgers.
