  1. Everything in MODERATION is fine.  There is such thing as too much of a good thing....it can kill you!

  4. Yeah. Too much dairy isn't good. A small container daily is fine because of it's live cultures,protein,and calcium but don't go overboard! Yogurt should be eaten in very small amounts! Dairy isn't even very natural for humans. Vegetables and fruit is what you need to be getting a lot of as well as legumes and nuts.

  5. 1200 g is equal 1.2 kilos of yogurt a day, almost 3 lb. That is quite a lot, even if it is low fat. The recommended intake of dairy is no more than 3 cups, which is about half of what you're eating now.

    Too much dairy can translate into eating too much protein if you're not careful, and it can also cause ear and sinus infections. The amount of natural and synthetic hormones in dairy has also been linked to some cancers, so I'd recommend that you stick to 3 cups a day and not go over that limit.
