Is it possible to enter the USA with a tourist visa then somehow get a green card from there?

With tougher institutions of Federal Law primarily due to sudden heightened security it would be difficult but not impossible. You could always try.

Yes, there's a way; based on your trade and skill.  However it's extremely difficult to get it since only an "X" amount is allocated every every year, that thing is gone within seconds.

There's also marriage, there are plenty of pudgy American girls in need of love, but money in American culture is a HUGE differentiator, factor etc...And after you marry things are getting easier, It too me 7 fu*****g years to get a green card, back in the day files were stacked in shoe boxes, now a buddy of mine married a Brazilian girl and in only 1 1/2 years she's already got her green card.  

But before coming to America I would download a book @ Itunes from RON PAUL called THE REVOLUTION.  Man it's eye opening.  Good luck coming to America

Marry an American is about the only way to do it if you enter on a visa,   and want to stay,  

lol  but i would not suggest you do it just for the green card, they have made the approval process much harder, since it had happened before.
