Is it possible to exchange toilet and bath tub on second floor bathroom?

Not without major surgery.  The bathtub requires a 1 1/2 inch drain line.  The toilet requires a 3, or 4 inch drain.  Doing this would be very expensive and not for the average homeowner.  You also have to add a hot water line over to the new tub location.
