Is it possible to extend my shower head and turn it so it comes from the other end?

My shower head comes out of the side (longside) of the wall instead of the traditional short side of the shower. I would like to extend the shower head out, and curve pipes around the shower to the short end of the shower so that it will shoot down the length of the shower, Ideas?

You could purchase a hand held type sprayer with hose and attach it to the end you want. It has a threaded coupling so it would be an easy fix.

You can do this with galvanized or plastic (PVC) pipe but you might want to figure out a way to cover it so it looks better.  I would go with the previous answer myself.
