  1. If you've ever been hit by a gust of wind or a bullet, you've felt the effects of kinetic energy.

  2. Kinetic energy can be felt on a roller coaster. Kinetic energy is when something moves and potential energy is when something is still. If you're in a roller coaster, you'll feel the kinetic energy.

  3. Others have said it, kinetic energy is motion energy, so that is not what you feel.

I suppose you are thinking of static electricity, which increases before a storm. That may be what you feel. Or the effect of rapidly falling air pressure, which also indicates an approaching storm.

  4. Energy is not tangible.

Thus it is impossible to feel kinetic energy.

  6. Energy is a property of matter.

You feel energy THROUGH its effects on matter:

    Examples of kinetic energy in

    - gas: wind

    - liquid: ocean waves

    - solid: sudden movements of a car or bus

  7. You cannot feel the kinetic energy of a moving object,  but you feel the force that results from a collision.
