As soon as I begin to think about something arduous, or unpleasant, I begin to feel sick, to my stomach. For a long while, I have thought it was a virus, but now I've noticed that it only happens if something subconsciously is disturbing me. It can happen in an instant, but it has a negative effect, of that I feel bilious, much of the time.

  1. Not an uncommon result.  You are not alone.  But you can get help to deal with this.  See your dr.

  2. It doesn't mean there's anything wrong with you; we all physically react differently to stress.  Some people get sweaty when thinking of something unpleasant, while some get fidgety.  Some, as in your case, get nauseous.

I know a lot of people that throw up when they see blood, or needles.  I personally get so nervous when I'm driving near a lake or a river that I nearly loose my lunch.

Your symptom of feeling very tired when experiencing flat or unappy emotions is even more common than the previous.  There's really no other way to feel when unhappy.  There's a subconscious connection between feeling glum and sleeping.  You know inside that you'll likely feel better upon waking up.

Again, all completely normal, and frankly, unavoidable.

  3. Combination of depression and Chronic Fatigue Disorder is very possible.

Honey Y!A is not going to substitute a doctor for a best advice.

    Good luck to you.
