No, you need to have a surmame too, if you do, just ring 118118. You can't get a number from an address alone.

Provided you have the surname & it is not exdirectory then the local operator will either give the number or connect you, if the person you are calling accepts your call.

go to 192.com but u may need to pay for 'credits' in order to obtain the info - also, depends whether they are x directory or not

You can find out if you have the surname and address in one of the directory enquiries services, but if the number is ex-directory then you wouldn't be able to get the number.
