Is it possible to find out somebody else's IP address, if so how?

Other people's IP addresses are not much use. They will trace back to the owner of the address, normally the ISP. This can be in a totally different City.

If you use FireFox this is the perfect extention of knowing someones ip and tracking where they live.

Im pretty sure you have to Hack into there system and if they don't give you permisission then its against the law.

i know you could track their address by chatting with them/file tranfer and open start>run type cmd and while tranfering file/chatting type "netstat -a" w/out quotes in cmd/ the black box

and BAM!!!!
