  2. The VW BlueMotion concept is to create cars that are as economical and with reduced emissions so I would think that most of the options are not available as it would defeat the object really.

  4. No. There were no 2008 TDi's. I am not sure if they make it in a 4motion either for 2009, but you should be able to get it well equipped. However, expect to pay a premium, there is already a long list for 2009's and they are selling over list

    YES - I am in the US. We did not have 2008 models, nor did we have a bluemotion.
