  1. not unless you get caught, if you do you will get the {proverbial} booth up your backside, and deported, with a ban on reentry for up to 3 years, so be clever about it

  2. Don't bother trying, employers face such huge penalties for employing illegals, they have to be very stupid to risk it.

  3. h**l yes....try forking for agency as an assistant in nursing. lol

  4. yes it is. but its illegal.

so u have to be really sly, cunning, and avoid detection, or else u have to pay a fine, and they will send you home.

best to be safe and get a visa

  5. Yes but its Illegal. The jobs you would get would be ripoffs and I would like to think that you would not take a job from someone who has done the right thing and applied for a Working Visa.

  6. no its not, its illegal and Australia doesn't want people like you

  7. Yes, it is possible - however it is illegal and hopefully you will be deported if you do it.

Once deported you will not be allowed back to Australia for several years.

Really if you aregoing to come to our country the least you could do is obey and respect our laws.

Working illegally undercuts the wages of locals who are paying taxes - which incidently pay for the roads and other infrastructure you will be availing yourself of.

  8. Yes it is possible. It is also illegal. If you are caught working without an appropriate visa you will be deported and you will be banned from re-entering the country (for at least 5 years I believe). Your employer will also face penalties for having employed you illegally, which makes most employers reluctant to hire people who don't have the right paperwork.

  9. If you're eligible, apply for a Working Holiday visa. Otherwise, forget it.

Because employers face such large fines for employing illegals (and they also face never-ending harrassment in the future), the only ones who will chance it are those who will exploit you and rip you off. Australia has very strict minimum wage requirements and employment conditions to protect workers. Illegals are outside this system and thouroughly deserve all the s*** that inevitably happens to them.

Don't chance it - do the right thing and get a visa.

If you are sprung, you will be deported at your own expense anwill not be able to re-apply to come back on any type of visa for 5 years.
