Is it possible to get a new key made for the fork of a Raleigh Roadster?

There is a number written on the lock. Above the keyhole is written NGN and below it the number seventeen is engraved. Will I be able to get a new key made from that, and who can do it for me?

Yes, there is the possibility.

Find a master locksmith. Good ones have the ability to make ANY key... they have a big fat book that shows almost every key and lock ever made. If you are lucky they will have a blank in stock and it will cost relatively little.

Bring the bike (and of course the lock) with you.
