i already have a full ride scholarship, but i was wondering is it possible to apply for those "money" scholarships that companies give out and save up all the money from the scholarships and buy a car?

Lol just a thought.

  1. Actually, you have to sign a contract with scholarships saying that the expenses will go directly to the school and to school-related expenses. If they ever even let you have a scholarship and saw later that you already had a free ride, they would demand to see documentation that your expenses were all related to school (books and perishables, not cars) and when they saw that they weren't, you'd be put in prison for violating a contract.

If you need a car, get a real loan from a bank.

  2. Scholarships are to be used towards school. I doubt you'll get them if you don't need them.

  3. If you can get the scholarship, the company will send the reward money straight to the school.

Gotta remember, scholarship money is used to tuition. So, the money is often given to the school.
