    Beer/soda yes. Abs, NO.

    Can you build well defined biceps or triceps or pecs in 2 weeks. No!

    Abs/core are probably the hardest to build besides forearms and calves. If your thinking only Abdominals, your ignoring the rest of core training, including Obliques and lower back.
