  2. No you get toned legs and bum and some off your tum too but not much else. You need to do some top body work-out as well.  

  3. Cycling is an excellent workout.  The web page below can explain the benefits better than I can.  You might want to add some upper body activities to be totally toned.  Good luck!

    Fresh air will do most for you. Cycling works most of the muscle groups in the bod. http://www.nbcolympics.com and look for the cycling videos of the racers!!

  6. Cycling will help, but don't overdo it.  You also need to ensure your diet is appropriate for your needs in order to accommodate a training regime.
