Is it possible to get a tourist visa of different countries at the same time?

Im a filipino and i have friends in australia and korea. They like me to visit them as soon as possible. Is it possible for me to apply a tourist visa at both countries at the same time?

only one at a time  different  embassies  when you have one granted  then apply fro the  other
