hmm i guess I was wrong...I thought that one of my friends got hers like a year early but it was hard going since we lived in a small town and her mom need to go to the hosptial treatment she needed and there was knowone else, maybe they did it illgeal but I thought they went to court and won their case that it would mean her mothers death but there were tons of restrions, her mom had to be in the car and no drinving after such and such time...but i dont know

no, in rhode island u gata be 15 and 10 months to take the class and 16 to get permit. then after having permit for 6 months u can take the raod test. its prob similar to that everywhere in usa
