  1. I believe you are asking whether or not you can expect to see improvement in your central visual acuity after surgery to straighten a deviating eye.  Surgery to straighten an eye will result in a COSMETIC correction but it will almost definitely not improve the vision in the previously deviated eye.


  2. The vision in your eye does not change, only its position. It is also not guaranteed that the eye will stay in the centre after your eye heals from the surgery.
