Is it possible to get considerably more toned legs in 1 week?

i went to sports tryouts throughout the week and my legs feel a lot toner than before

am i just imagining this?

it was tryouts for 2 hrs and 30 minutes each 5 days in a week

  1. well, yeah, if your really working out a lot, it's possible, same for me, I did tennis tryous for 5 days 2 hrs, my legs are tanner and toner.


  2. yeah deffinantly. after a month of field hockey conditioning my legs were super intense and way more muscular.

  3. Of course your not imagining it! Working out hard for a week straight will allow you to use those muscles you never thought you had! You will also feel the most sore during this week but should see results very soon

  4. If you feel different, then most likely you are different.  Yes, a week of strenuous exercise can make a difference, but you will lose that toning unless you continue with exercise.
