Try "Kiss U Kiss" http://www.kissukiss.com .  They used to be a pay site but now its a free dating site. You don't have to pay anything. They have a very simple registration form and a very easy search engine.

Hey there!

It's not really possible to do that. I'm sure there may be incentives from other companies that give out free memberships - but it's probably really rare and unheard of. Basically if one person knows how, then the whole world does and next thing you know, everyone is using that method to get something for free - which of course doesn't make the dating site happy.

However, I recommend going to http://www-TheSinglesNet.com - it's one of the best (if not the best) dating sites around, and they're holding a short promotion for free memberships.
