No, not free unlimited... but at least you can play something.

The have an option for the free service... and the pay service.

The Free one lets you play, but it does not let you do certain quests, play certain card games and obtain certain items.

The pay service does let you do everything... but then you are on the hook for paying Disney 5 or so dollars a month.

You can try the "Game Pass" option. You have to buy certain game cards from Disney. On the back, they have pass codes.  A pack of cards is cheaper than one months service, but i won't last forever.
