Is it possible to get headaches from being inside all day?

The days that I stay in the house, doing nothing (i.e- sleeping, computer, television) I notice that I get headaches.

Not terrible headaches, but still a headache.

And when I go out and do something away from the house, I feel fine.

Is that possible?

Is my home driving me mad?

;D

  1. It is likely psychological.

If being inside gave people headaches, than we wouldn't have couch potatoes, and the like that never go outside.

However, there might be something in your house, like a faint gas from a cleaner or something. I suggest you open your windows and have a fan running air through your house. do that for a day or 2,and it should clear anything up.

  2. yea...u just need some freash air, bout it. i get those sometimes when its raining and can go out......

  3. Focus on something in the distance out of the window  every 20 mins or so and give your eyes a break. I get the same thing.

  4. You need Sunshine and fresh air everyday. You are not getting any Vitamin D from the sun thats why you are getting hedaches. Go for a walk for at least half an hour every day,
