  1. No, there is nothing to buy you a house to open a business, you have to qualify on your own.


  2. Not if the underwriter knows about it.  We would consider that a non-owner occupied home.  Unless you have the business all ready established, we would not consider the income.

  3. You could possibly get a "special" loan rate from a lender.  Then allow them to advertise that they are doing good things for the community and use you as an example. /
