Is it possible to get inner wrist piercings?

I'm thinking of straight barbells, but could settle for microdermal anchorings.

You could definitely get a surface piercing on your wrist. Some piercing artists are familiar with this type of piercing and could easily do it for you. You just just know that these type of piercings reject easily, especially on your wrist since you constantly use your hand.

As for microdermal anchorings, it can be extremely hard to find a good artist who does them. This time of body modification is in its infancy and that is reflected by the few piercers who know how to properly do them.

It is possible as I know someone that has ball bearings inserted under the skin of both their inner wrists.  Why not have a barbell across the back of your neck.  I have seen this and it looks very cool.
