Is it possible to get permanent retainers on even though i got my braces off 3 yrs ago?

i use a plastic retainer every night but i dont like it cuz my teeth still move

yes.

thats what i am doing and i have had my braces off for ....4 years or maybe 5 i dont remember. but yeah my teeth move a little. my top has moved a lot (not noticable to anyone but me when i where my retainer) so i am going to go get permanent retainers.

they are expensive though.

most regular plastic retainers are like $500.
