Is it possible to get pregnant a few days before your period if you have been off the pill for 3or 4 days?

it is always possible to get pregnant. but its very unlikely because you are really able to get pregnant one special time of the month and thats when you ovulate. so if you have intercourse during that time then you can get pregnant very easily but some people it takes them a long time

it is possible but unlikely.ovulation occurs 14 day before a period

definitely possible.  I took my birth control religiously (at the same time every night and never missed a pill) and got pregnant when i was ON my period.  It is unlikely but my 6 month old son is living proof it does happen.
