Is it possible to get sore back muscles from running?

I kind of had a rigorous training the previous day, and I woke up with an aching body. But I was curious if my back was supposed to ache because it seems weird for my back to be sore from running.

  1. yes, its possible

    (it actually happens to me)

    yeah, stretch, or massage your back..

    drink lots of water

    and you should be pretty good in a few days


  2. you probably will feel that because hard workouts do have effects on areas other than legs

    it should go away on its own in a couple of days
