yeah, this is possible if you have long enough hair to start with. Make sure you show the picture to the stylist when you get it done and explain exactly what you want.

Yea just go to a modern salon and show them the picture. I've actually seen kids in California get that hairstyle. And anything is possible with extensions! ^_^
