Is it possible to get the tax refunds from Paris, outside of France?

I was hurrying for the flight back and I could not make it in time to get the tax refund for those who live outside of the European Union after purchasing certain goods. I am still vacationing within the European Union and I would like to know if I can et the tax refund at an airport outside of France.

If you are leaving the European Union via a Member State other than France:

After checking and certifying them, the Customs service of this Member State will return all three sheets to you. You must send the pink and yellow copies to the retailer yourself once you arrive in your country
