Yes it is possible. Just let the barrista know that you want an iced caramel Coffee. They might as you if you want an iced caramel macchiato or an iced carmel latte. Just let them know how you want your drink the will make it just like you want it. If you don't like the outcome of it then you can always ask them to remake it or ask for something else. I had throat surgery a couple years ago and I asked my Starbucks to give me an blended Americano (cappuccino + water). They were stumped. I said, "Just put the iced americano in the blender and let it blend." The barista kept wanting to put the "frap" part in it. I gave up and took a refund and went to another neighborhood coffee place who made it exactly how I wanted it.

They are not as flexible as one would think they should be, but their competition (whereever that is in your neighborhood) is very flexible! :)

You can add syrups to any drink you want.   You can add Caramel to Iced coffee or Iced Lattes.  I personally like Vanilla in my iced coffee.

get an iced carmel lattee...

its a shot of espresso with some carmel syrup, ice, and milk.  yummy... very similar to the ones they sell in the bottles labeled as frapachinnos.
