Is it possible to get trainer id 00001?

I got traded a pokemon with that ID number in pokemon diamond is that possible? do people reset until they get a cool one like that?

  1. No... That's reserved for Event Pokemon and it's VERY exclusive. Unless it happens to be that event Pokemon, or they happened to reset their game over one million times then it's not possible...
