  1. Ive had plenty of friends who came to NZ from overseas, on a work permit, without having a job offer before they came. Also a few of them were unemployed when they got their visas. None of them were highly skilled, and work at cafes, or fast food restaurants. You don't need to go through an overpriced visa agency, its easy to do on your own, just alot of paperwork to fill out.

  2. You need to provide more information - are you looking at getting a work visa for New Zealand?

If you are then you will need to be highly skilled or have a job offer. It is not essential to have a job offer however it does make it easier.

  3. Hey looks like u are from India

You surely have to get the work visa b4 you land in Australia to be leagally employed

You contact some compaies and they would send u the work permit and with that work permit u can get your visa and be legally employed in Australia

Since I feel u are an Indian - will give the australia embassy contact details in Delhi for ur refeence and hope it helps
