Is it possible to go to milan from san remo by car?

we plan to go to monte carlo and also visit san remo.if its possible to go to milan from san remo how much time does it take to go there?if u can help...

of course it's possible and you'll take about 2hrs40mins. by motorway. really easy. you reach genoa from milan and then go straight till san remo.
