Is it possible to grow this plant by cutting?

They grow on the walls, is it possible to grow them by cutting?

i tried to cut some and stick them on the ground, they don't seem to grow at all.

If you do get cuttings add hormone powder at the bottom where you cutted and the plant needs a cold frame to put the plant in,this plant looks like a fuchsia plant  but i could be wrong.

You have to use the newest growth on the plant to for propagation.  There are root "glands" at the base of every set of leaves, so cut the plant at the base of a leaf set.  You can use Rootone to encourage the plant to grow roots.  Set the plant in some water rather than place in soil.  Make sure it gets some sunlight-Southeastern is best.  Propagation by rootstock is probably your best bet, but it is possible to make new growth grow roots.  Good luck.
