can u have them inside the skin/fatty part?

you can have freckles anywhere, even if that part hasn't been exposed to the sun

i have a freckle on a part of my hip that has never been in the sun and on my butt, they've been there ever since i can remember

so yes, it's possible

I have tons of freckles, but they are located on the parts of my body that have been exposed to sun, so, no, i don't have any down there.

My mom has a freckle on the back side of her eyeball, so I would say you can have a freckle anywhere. The Dr. checks it every year to make sure there's no change in the shape or size, which is what they say about all moles and freckles.

Freckles are caused from too much sun exposure so unless you got exposure to the sun the answer is no.

I work in healthcare & its normal. Just like any other freckle if it changes size, shape, color, etc have it checked by a Doctor.
