Is it possible to have TWO astrological ascendants?

i'm a libra with a supposed rising sign of aquarius. yet, my birth time isn't exactly known, so i go off of a guess-timation of 3:00pm, which puts me barely in the aquarius ascendant. i strongly relate to this rising sign, however, lately i've been reading up the pisces rising sign too, and it fits just as much as the former, if not more. please help! i'm an amateur astrologer in need of some answers.

do a survey. others can be more objective. your rising sign is how others perceive you. sometimes who you think you are doesn't come through.
